These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyDep platform, website, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Confera, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Service Description
EasyDep is a hosting and infrastructure service that provides deployment automation and managed infrastructure for open-source software. Our Service includes:
- Infrastructure provisioning and management
- Deployment automation and orchestration
- Domain configuration and SSL certificate management
- Backup and monitoring services
- Technical support for infrastructure-related matters
EasyDep is a hosting service provider, not a software distributor or redistributor. We provide deployment automation and managed infrastructure for open-source software that users access directly from original sources. We do not distribute, sublicense, or provide warranties for any third-party software deployed through our platform.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable software licenses
- You are responsible for all content, data, and information stored within your deployed applications ("User Content")
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements
- You are responsible for properly configuring and securing your deployed applications
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content
4. Third-Party Software
The Service enables you to deploy open-source software maintained by third parties. You acknowledge that:
- All third-party software is sourced directly from official repositories and governed by its respective open-source license(s)
- We do not modify or create derivative works of any third-party software
- All trademarks of third-party software remain the property of their respective owners
- We make no representations or warranties regarding third-party software
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
- Violate export control laws or economic sanctions
- Resell or redistribute access without prior written consent
6. Data Ownership and Control
You retain full ownership and control of:
- All application data and content
- Software configurations and customizations
- User accounts and access controls within your applications
We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. You are responsible for exporting your User Content prior to any account termination.
7. Payment Terms
Certain features require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with advance notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Confera, LLC and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
10. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONFERA, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.00.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Confera, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time. You are responsible for exporting User Content before termination.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, binding arbitration applies.
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS ACTION.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
18. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
- Severability. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining provisions.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign without consent. We may assign freely.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.
